HOW TO SHAPE?
Heat, shape, play!

(optional) Prepare the EVA sheet: First, attach the EVA layer to the shinguard. This ensures that the shinguard will stay securely on your leg.

Heating the shinguard: Use a hairdryer to heat the shinguard for approximately 30-45 seconds. Make sure the shinguard is evenly heated and completely soft.

Shaping to the leg: Take the heated shinguard and place it on your shin. Hold it firmly in place until the shinguard hardens and conforms to the shape of your leg.

Repeat the process with the second shinguard: Repeat the same process with the second shinguard.
And that's it! Once you have both shinguards ready, you can head to the field. :)
