Procedure:
- (optional) Prepare the EVA film: First, stick the EVA layer onto the guard. This will ensure that the guard stays securely on your leg.
- Heating the guard: Use a hairdryer to heat the guard for about 30-45 seconds. Make sure the guard is evenly heated and completely soft.
- Molding to your leg: Take the heated guard and place it on your shin. Hold it firmly in place until the guard hardens and conforms to the shape of your leg.
- Repeat the process with the second guard: Repeat the same process with the second guard.
And that's it! Once you have both guards ready, you can head out to the field. :)
