After months of development, we are now introducing a completely new model line that is significantly different from our other gloves. At first glance, it's clear that these gloves are not for everyone.
A new season is just around the corner. A groundbreaking season. Since winter, we have been developing gloves that will be quite different from our previous models. From those, we took only the best, created a special cut, improved comfort, and came up with a completely new design. The final product is something entirely new. Something that we have never had before.
Finger cut
We have had the unique cut in our minds for over half a year. The first hints of the new model line appeared back in January. Our goal was to create gloves that provide maximum comfort and elevate catching properties to a new level, which is why after months of development we came up with the yet unnamed hybrid cut that helps prevent the ball from slipping and is incredibly comfortable – no seams on the joints, no extra material. We achieved this by starting the gripping seam between the fingers and ending it in a J shape to ensure the best feel in the glove. The middle fingers are sewn into a classic Negative Cut design, which allows for great sensitivity when catching.
Foam
We didn't hold back here; we simply used the best we have. 4 millimeters of latex tested by goalkeepers from around the world. The difference between the models is not just in color; on the pink gloves, we find Giga Grip foam, while on the gray ones, we have Contact Grip foam – more information about the properties of our latexes can be found in the article How to properly choose gloves.
Glove body
The back of the glove is made of a special woven material with lycra, which allowed us to make the new sleeves lighter and more breathable. The stylish color combination of black/pink and white vaguely resembles a television screen without a signal, which is why we received a response from one of you on our Facebook that the model could be named “Signal”. Under the outer fabric, there is 6 millimeters of thick latex that protects the hand, yet due to its ergonomics, it keeps the gloves comfortable and pleasant. There is also flexible soft rubber on the fingers to prevent the ball from slipping during punching and to keep the goalkeeper's joints safer. Logo BU1 and the hashtag are printed from high-quality silicone. We also made the body as a whole longer and narrower so that it fits snugly on the hand and provides the best feel for the ball. For quicker hand entry into the glove, there is a slit under the fastening strap, making putting on and taking off a breeze.
Strap for fastening
The strap is double-layered fabric, allowing the hand to be securely fixed and also protecting your wrist during harder shots. We use this strap on many of our models, so just like with other gloves, custom text printing will be possible.
The delivery date for these gloves is at the turn of August/September. You can pre-order here:
