The goalkeeper camp #BU1AKADEMIE in collaboration with Baník Ostrava will take place this time in Háj ve Slezsku for the years 2010 – 2003.

As every year, we have prepared a program for you to unveil the mysteries of goalkeeper issues. Goalkeepers will be divided into groups of a maximum of 4 in the given age group or according to their level of goalkeeper skills, so we can dedicate as much attention as possible to each goalkeeper.
During the week, we will practice exercises focused on everything from finger catching techniques to foot play, which is one of the key aspects for goalkeepers in adult football today.
Available will be:
- A physiotherapist who will focus on mobility and stretching + basics of yoga.
- A professional fitness trainer and nutrition specialist.
- As every year, league goalkeepers will come to train with the boys. After each of these training sessions, we will have a gathering so the boys can ask about information that interests them from the world of professional foreign practices and training that these guys have gone through.
- Drinks and meals are provided at the restaurant that is part of the football complex. (Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, second dinner.)
- In our free time, we will use the hall where we can play any team sports, a workout area, sauna, and pool.
One day, we will take the boys on a hike outside of Háj ve Slezsku into the mountains, so they can take a half-day break from football.
We will compete for valuable prizes through football quizzes, do video analyses of our training sessions, and also analyze matches and training of world-class goalkeepers (saves, mistakes…)
