Fotbalová sezona pomalu končí..

Upward moves, falls, won and lost matches, exhibition and balanced competitions, beautiful saves and blunders. All of this accompanied this season for most of you, our fans. But what have we achieved this football year? The list of goalkeepers catching in our gloves has grown. So let's get to know them better!

Dušan Kuciak

Undoubtedly, many of you have noticed that the family BU1 is growing bigger and bigger every month. We are incredibly happy that more and more goalkeepers from our league, as well as from abroad, trust our gloves. And even though we pride ourselves on appreciating everyone who catches in our gloves, whether they play in the first league or in a local youth league, it’s wonderful to see that many professionals are not afraid to try something new. We managed to step correctly into Slovak and Polish waters, mainly thanks to the legend of Slovak football – Dušan Kuciak. He plays for the Polish Lechia Gdańsk, where he shows his colleagues to the north of his home Žilinawhat a star he is. On the other hand, to the south of the Slovak borders, his friend Tomáš Tujvelhad a successful season with the Hungarian Videoton FC winning the league.

Buchta became the best goalkeeper in the HET league.

Anyone who followed the Czech league surely noticed the goalkeeper of Sigma Olomouc Miloš Buchta. He became the best goalkeeper in the HET league, so he can add this award to his titles of best goalkeeper of Slovakia in 2005 and best goalkeeper of Romania in 2010. A great season was also recorded by Přemysl Kovář, who with Slavia Prague won the Czech Cup. Honza Laštůvka achieved his personal goal, his Baník stayed in the first league and he contributed the most with clean sheets this season. In our Slovak neighbors, Dominik Holecalso showed great performances, maintaining an amazing form for a long time and helping his team FK Senica stay in the first Slovak league.

Alban Hoxha

We cannot overlook our goalkeepers in the second league. The trio Paleček, Květoň and Boháč have shown themselves in a super light both statistically and through their performance, and they can also consider this season very successful. Last but not least, we must mention the Albanian representative Alban Hoxha. Another foreign player who trusts our gloves is Buran Ogur from Turkey. His team, Umraniyespor, was eliminated in the play-off for the first Turkish league.

What makes us happiest of all is the trust of young goalkeepers. Among the boys with a bright future wearing our brand's gloves, the quartet Jedlička, Janáček, Netolička and Plachýstands out. They are increasingly showing us that Czech football does not need to fear a lack of quality players in goal in the future.

Well, and since the page Our Goalkeepers has not been updated in the half season that has passed, it is time to properly refresh it. From now on, you will find not only goalkeepers playing in our top league, but also plenty of other guys, whether from abroad, from the Czech Republic, or from Slovakia.

And finally, we want to thank you all so much for your incredible support and trust. We are preparing a lot of new things for the next season, but we don't want to reveal the details just yet. But you really have something to look forward to. Cheers to football, and we hope you consider your season even more successful than we consider ours!

Thanks to everyone!
