Method:

1. Prepare the EVA foil : First stick the EVA layer on the protector. This will ensure that the protector will hold well on the leg.
2. Heating the protector : Use a hair dryer to heat the protector for approximately 30-45 seconds. Make sure the protector is evenly heated.
3. Leg Shaping : Take the heated protector and place it on the shin. Hold it firmly in place until the protector hardens and conforms to the shape of your foot.
4. Repeat the procedure with the second protector : Repeat the same procedure with the second protector.

And that's all! Once you have both pads ready, you can hit the field. :)
