Procedure for exchanging goods:

Write on the delivery note that came with the package which goods you want to exchange and for what size.
Pack the goods in such a way that they are not damaged.

Procedure for claiming goods:

Send us an e-mail to bu1@bu1.cz with the order number, name, description of the defect and photos of the claimed goods.
We will communicate together how we will proceed with the claim

Download the form for withdrawal from the purchase contract (Form for withdrawal from the purchase contract HERE)
Fill out the form
Pack the goods in such a way that they are not damaged

About complaints

1. When can you make a complaint?

    • If you received different goods than you ordered.
    • If the goods have a defect upon receipt.
    • If the defect appears within 1 year of purchase, it is assumed that it already existed upon receipt.

2. How long do you have to make a complaint?

    • For new goods 2 years from receipt.
    • For used goods 1 year from receipt.
    • If the goods have an expiration date, the warranty period applies until the specified date.

3. What are your options when making a complaint?

    • Replacement – if possible.
    • Repair – if the defect can be repaired.
    • Discount – if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced.
    • Refund – if the defect is serious and there is no other option.

4. When can you not make a complaint?

    • If you caused the defect yourself.
    • If it is due to normal wear and tear.
    • If you modified the purchased goods yourself.

5. How to make a complaint?

    1. Contact us – by phone, email or in person.
    2. Prepare the goods – clean and, if possible, with proof of purchase.
    3. Send or bring the goods – to our headquarters or premises.
    4. Processing within 30 days – we will inform you about the progress.
